I tried messaging their help centers the bing portion of the help center first , and got told that bing help CAN'T help me, so I direct contact microsoft and they tell me to use the bing help center AGAIN, so I do, and what is the reply im given? They still can't help me even after I give them the previous case numbers associated with this problem; I've been trying for what seems ages now, to get them to opt me out and they are just dragging their heels all over the place giving me the run around and not doing what I asked them to do, getting bounced between two help centers that in the end don't want to do what I kindly asked.

I wish I could get with their managers, but I feel like I'd get nowhere; all I want is to use bing while logged in so I can get those search points, and maybe, JUST MAYBE, win one of those numerous contests that happen on microsoft rewards for one flipping time.
