Pointer flickers windows 7

Next day i tried to check the internet to find a way to fix it And none of they ways they did it, did not work for me.

So i went back to windows 7 hoping that would fix it. The flicker keeps coming back after me At this point, im going crazy. And i hope anyone out there would help me right now.

Before i just get a new computer to fix the problem! I'm using a Norwegian computer.. Sooo if you got a way to fix this for me, then send some pictures or a video how to fix it.
